We each expressly agree to pay all of the costs described in the preceding sentence, based on the proportion in which the benefits from the Improvement would have inured to our respective properties, as such proportions are set forth below. In the event that we cancel and withdraw from the obligations contemplated by this petition by written notice delivered to the Council as described above, we, individually and collectively, hereby consent to the vacation of North Olmsted Industrial Parkway, as described above, for street and highway purposes, which consent shall survive such cancellation and withcrawal from our obligations under this petition. We, individually and collectively, further consent and request that all legislation required to be enacted to permit the Improvement to commence immediately be enacted at one Council meeting, to the extent permitted by law.
