...: _.. .?:. . . . ......._. ,l . ....... ..... <br />Gl"'Y OF NORTH OLMSTEIJ <br />RESOLtTTION NQ. 88-- 6 2 <br />By • Gv <br />ol- <br />A RESOLUTIOIV AUTHORIZING ZHE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE <br />TO ADtiTFRTISE FOR BIDS FOR FIFTY (50) TONS OF CHLORINE <br />FOR USE IN THE NORTH OLMSTED WASTEIdATER TREATMENT PLANr. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF 'IIiE CITY OF NORTH QLMSTED, COL'NiY OF <br />CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director af Public Service be and he is hereby <br />authorized to advertise for bids for Fifty (50) Tons of Chlorine for use at <br />the Wastewater Treatment Plant, in accordance with specifications now on file <br />in his office, and that upon approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor is <br />hereby authorized to enter into a contract and execute the same on behalf of <br />the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure irrmediately necessary for the preservation of the Public Health, <br />Safety and Welfare, and for the further reason it is necessary to carry on a <br />program of Preventative Maintenance, and further provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall <br />take effect and be in force imnediately upon its passage and approval by the <br />Mayor. <br />PASSED • ? ; /t _ 4 ? j ; ,?,. <br />'f <br />ATTEST: <br />FLORIIVCE E.
