CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED
<br />RESOLUTION N0. 88 - 46
<br />BY THE MAYOR AND THE ENTIRE COUNCIL
<br />A RESOLUTION COMMENDING THE ACHIEVEMENT
<br />OF THE EAGLE SCOUT AWARD IN BOY SCOUTING.
<br />WHEREAS, the Council of
<br />been apprised that the highest
<br />SCOUT AWARD, has been attained
<br />Troop No. 604, and
<br />the City of North Olmsted has
<br />rank in Boy Scouting, the EAGLE
<br />by JAMES W. KRYCH, Boy Scout
<br />WHEREAS, in order to attain such an award,. these levels
<br />of scouting had to be vassed: Tenderfoot, Second Class Scout,
<br />First Class Scout, Star Scout, and Life Scout, and
<br />WHEREAS, JAMES W. KRYCH has earned the following Merit
<br />Badges: Basketry, Coin Collecting, Fishing, Canoeing, Wilderness
<br />Survival, Motorboating, Pioneering, First Aid, Rowing, Environ-
<br />mental Science, Swimming, Camping, Geology, Small Boat Sailing,
<br />Lifesaving, Cooking, Computers, Atomic Energy, Personal Manage-
<br />ment, Citizenship in the Community, Citizenship in the Nation,
<br />Citizenship in the World, Safety, Sports, Electricity, Chemistry,
<br />Energy, Communications, and
<br />WHEREAS, after having accomplished the above mentioned
<br />challenges, JAMES W. KRYCH was interviewed and tested by the
<br />Eagle Board of Review, and
<br />WHEREAS, the reception of the EAGLE SCOUT AWARD by
<br />JAMES W. KRYCH is a noteworthy accomplishment deserving of the
<br />congratulations of the entire community.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
<br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO:
<br />SECTION 1: That this Council extends its best wishes and
<br />heartiest congratulations to JAMES W. KRYCH on his achievement
<br />of the rank of EAGLE SCOUT.
<br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby
<br />directe to transmit a copy of this Resolution to the above named
<br />JAMES W. KRYCH.
