.?:., <br />CITY OF NORTH 0I24STED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 88-44 <br />BY : N9AYOR PETRI GAC <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING TI-IE ORGANIZATION AND COMPOSITION <br />OF THE NON-UNIFORM, PART-TIME PERSONNEL OF T'HE POLICE DEPARTfiIENT <br />AND DECLARING AN IIMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to establish a complement of non- <br />tuliform, part-time police personnel. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF 'I'HE CITY OF NORTH OL?d?ISTED, <br />COUN'1'Y OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Organizational Chart for the non-uniform , Part-time <br />Police Department personnel of the City of North Olmsted and the salary ranges <br />be as follows: <br />(a) School Guards-------------------------- $4.18 Per Hour - 1st Year <br />5.09 Per Hour - After 1st Year <br />(b) Auxiliary Police----------------------- 4.18 Per Hour - 1st Year <br />5.09 Per Hour - After 1st Year <br />(c) Jail Matron/Jailer--------------------- 4.18 Per Hour - lst Year <br /> 5.09 Per Hour - After 1st Year <br />(d) Dispatchers---------------------------- 5.00 TO $6.00 Per Hour <br />(e) Off-Duty Electrical Nlaintenance-------- 6.54 TO 3.72 Per Hour <br />SECTION 2: That this Ordinance hereby repeals any and all Ordinances or parts <br />of Or in? ance or Resolutions inconsistent herewith. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />i.rrnne iatc? e? necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, <br />and for the further reason that it is imnediately necessary for continuity of services <br />of the safety forces of the City, and further, provided it receives the affirmative <br />vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in <br />force ixmnediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED : <br />J A.
