<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 88-42 <br />BY: Mayor Petrigac <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR VARIOUS <br />ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGISLATIVE PERSONNEL AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />WfEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to establish pay ranges as well <br />as various fringe benefits for administrative and legislative personnel. <br />NOW, TI-EREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY Tf-IE COUNCIL OF TTE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for ad- <br />ministrative and legislative personnel of the City of North Olmsted: <br />FROM TO <br />A. Ma.yor $39,500 Annually <br />B. Director of Public Service $28,000 35,000 Annually <br />C. Director of Public Safety 25,OO0 33,000 Annually <br />D. Administrative Assistant 16,000 20,000 Annually <br />SECTION 2: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for employees <br />of the Department of Law. The salaries specified in this section shall be determined <br />by the Director of Law. <br />A. Director of Law $36,000 Annually <br />B. Assistant Director of Law 17,000 Annually <br />(Civil) <br />C. Assistant Director of Law 9,800 Annually <br />(Prosecutor) <br />D. Assistant Prosecutor 4,800 Annually <br />E. Law Clerk $ 5.00 7.00 Per. Hour <br />F. In addition, the Prosecutor and Assistant Prosecutor shall receive compensation <br />in the amount of $33.00 for each "not tiuilty" plea attended to on the behalf of <br />the City during the period. <br />G. The Director of Finance is authorized and directed to pay to the Director of <br />Law for secretarial services and other general office expenses, the sum of $11,550.
