CR-86 DATE <br />An emergency ordinance enacted by the City of North Olmsted. Cuyahoga <br />County, Ohio, in the matter of the hereinafter described improvement and <br />requests the cooperation of the County of Cuyahoga and the Department of <br />Transportation. State of Ohio. <br />WHEREAS, the MUNICIPALITY has recognized the need for and proposes the <br />improvement of a portion of public highway which is described as follows: <br />Replacement (within Right-of-Way only) uf Mackenzie Road (CR-86) <br />over an unnamed creek 6,488.2 feet north of Cook Road. <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Council of the City of North Olmsted. <br />County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio; <br />A. CONSENT <br />1. That it is declared to be in the public interest that the consent of <br />said MUNICIPALITY be and such consent is hereby given to the COUNTY <br />and the Ohio Department of Transportation to construct the above ' <br />described improvement in accordance with plans, specifications and <br />estimates approved by the COUNTY. - ? <br />6. COOPERATION <br />1. That the MUNICIPALITY will cooperate with the COUNTY and the Ohio <br />Department of Transportation in the replacement (within right-of-way <br />only) of Mackenzie Road (CR=86) over an unnamed creek 6.488.2 feet <br />north of Cook Road. <br />2. That the MUNICIPALITY will arrange for the preparation of <br />construction plans and specifications including necessary engineering <br />reports for the improvement under current Cuyahoga County Engineer <br />standards for construction of County roads and bridges. <br />3. That the MUNICIPALITY will arrange for.the supervision and <br />administration of the construction contract. C. FUNOING <br /> <br />1. That the MUNICIPALITY hereby agrees to participate with the COUNT1f in <br />the cost of the improvement by an allocation from the County Motor - <br />Vehicle $5.00 License Tax Fund to pay the COUNTY portion of the <br />project. - <br />2. That the MUNICIPALITY shall contribute one hundred percent (100%) of <br />the costs of preparation of plans and specifications, construction <br />supervision, right-of-way and that portion of the construction cost <br />incurred outside the existing sixty feet (60') right-of-way limits. <br />-1-
