. <br />.. `'? . <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 88-13 <br />PAGE TWO <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That this Council strongly urges the Senate <br />Committee on Energy, Natural Resources and the Environment to <br />conduct a public hearing on H.B. 491 and S.B. 39 in Toledo and <br />also in Cleveland. <br />SECTION 2: That this Council strongly urges the Ohio Gen- <br />eral Assembly to enact House Bill 491 or Senate Bill 39 to ban <br />the sale of high-phosphate laundry detergents in the Lake Erie <br />Drainage Basin. <br />SECTION 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed <br />to forwar a certified copy of this Resolution to Governor <br />Richard F. Celeste; Speaker of the House, Representative Vernal <br />G. Riffe; President of the Senate, Senator Paul E. Gillmor; <br />Chairman of the Senate Committee on Energy, Natural Resources <br />and Environment Gary C. Suhadolnik; and State Representative, <br />James A.
