CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 91-144 <br />gy: Mr. Tallon <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE <br />TO ADVERTISE FOR BIAS FOR DIESEL FUEL AND GASOLINE PRODUCTS <br />FOR USE BY TIIE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, AS PER SPECIFICATIONS NOW <br />ON FILE IN HIS OFFICE, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO CONTRACT FOR <br />SAME, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTID, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby <br />authorized to advertise for bids for various fuels and gasoline products <br />for the needs of the City of North Olmsted, as per specifications now on <br />file in his office, and that upon approval by the Board of Control, the <br />Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a contract and execute same on <br />behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare and for the further reason that it is <br />immediately necessary to provide for the city's fuel and gasoline <br />requirements, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of <br />two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and <br />be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: ~ -u-z.y~,~1,~.L/ ~ J~~' <br />ATTEST-:~ , <br />ARBARA L.
