CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 91-119 <br />JANET SARINGER <br />BY: MAYOR ED BOYLE AND THE ENTIRE COUNCIL <br />A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE NORTH OLMSTED SCHOOL <br />SYSTEM'S DECISION TO RECONVENE THE NORTH OLMSTED <br />LYCEUM. <br />WHEREAS, The North Olmsted City Schools celebrated the <br />Bicentennial of the American Revolution by convening the <br />North Olmsted Lyceum as a forum for community discussion; and <br />WHEREAS, 1991 is the Bicentennial of the Bill of Rights <br />of the Constitution of the United States; and <br />WHEREAS, the North Olmsted Lyceum will be reconvened to <br />offer all members of the community a public forum to discuss <br />the Bill of Rights, its foundation, history and future; and <br />WHEREAS, Through this program, North Olmsted Schools <br />continue to be an active participant in the affairs of the <br />community. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That it is the desire of this Council to <br />support the North Olmsted School System's decision to <br />reconvene the North Olmsted Lyceum. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall take effect and be <br />in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: C~~-C~~ti~ ~, ~j C, <br />ATTEST: <br />,r~e-~..ccj <br />B rbara Seman, Cl k of Council James D.
