CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />BY: Councilman Tallon <br />RESOLUTION N0. 91-118 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE TO <br />ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR ONE (1) COMBINATION SEWIIt CLEANING <br />MACHINE, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY TIDE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA <br />AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby authorized <br />to advertise for bids for one (1) Combination Sewer Cleaning Machine for use in the <br />Service Department and the Wastewater Treatment Plant. Said Combination Sewer <br />Cleaning Machine shall conform to the specifications now on file in the office of the <br />Director of Public Service, and that upon approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor <br />is hereby authorized to enter into a contract and execute same on behalf of the City <br />of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency meastare <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare <br />and for the further reason it is immediately necessary to maintain service to area <br />residents and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its <br />passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />~~ <br />PASSED: ~~t~w <br />ATTEST,: ~ <br />Ci~ za-r-~ <br />~~~'--~ <br />B BARA L.
