Ordinance No. 91-109 <br />Page 2 <br />engineer; the third shall be a person skilled in the general <br />field of aesthetics and design; and the fourth shall be a duly <br />qualified elector of the City. <br />(b) Chairperson. There shall be a Chairperson of the Board <br />appointed by the Mayor from among the four Board members. <br />(c) Compensation. Compensation shall be paid each member of <br />the Board as fixed by Council." <br />SECTION 2: That after submission of this Ordinance to the Planning <br />Commission of this City for its opinion and recommendation, and after a Public <br />Hearing hereon, notice of which has been given pursuant to Section 14 of Article <br />IV of the Charter of the City, entitled, "The Council - Enactment of Zoning <br />Ordinance and Regulations, Notice", and after its passage pursuant to the <br />Charter of this City, and its approval by the Mayor of the City of North <br />Olmsted, the Zoning Code of North Olmsted is hereby amended, as specified <br />herein. <br />SECTION 3: That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby directed to <br />cause notice of a Public Hearing hereon to be given pursuant to the provisions <br />of Section 14 of Article IV of the Charter of the City. <br />SECTION 4: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after the earliest period allowed by law and the Charter of the City. <br />Passed: ~`~~~GE-~c-t-~ C/ ~~_ <br />,~-'4~ <br />.~ L <br />~~ ~~.Q~, <br />r !'Y1.6'~'n.-~ <br />Barbara L.
