CITY OF NORTH OIMSTID ORDINANCE N0. 91- 103 BY: Council Member Saringer AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY ENGINEER TO ACCEPT AND RECORD DEDICATION PLATS ESTABLISHING ADDITIONAL RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR COUNTRY CLUB BOULEVARD AT LORAIN ROAD AND VICTORIA LANE, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, THE City of North Olmsted desires to improve Country Club Boulevard, and WHEREAS, the improvement project requires additional right-of-way at Lorain Road and at Victoria Lane, and WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to establish the additional right-of-way on City owned property and have the same dedicated for roadway purposes. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to accept Dedication Plats establishing additional right-of-way on Country Club Boulevard at Lorain Road and at Victoria Lane, and that after the Dedication Plats are accepted, to have the same recorded, thereby establishing the additional right-of-way which will be dedicated for roadway purposes. The subject Dedication Plats are on file in the Office of the City Engineer; a copy of the aforesaid Dedication Plats noted as Exhibit "A", "B" and "C" are herewith attached to and made a Part of this Ordinance. SECTION 2: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason that it is necessary to establish additional right-of-way so that it may be incorporated into the overall improvement plans for Country Club Boulevard, and further provided this ordinance receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor.
