CITY OF NORTH OIMSTID <br />RESOLUTION N0. 91 - 101 <br />By: .Council Member Nashar <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE TO ADVERTISE <br />FOR AND ACCEPT BIDS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE PARK RIDGE SUBDIVISION, <br />PHASE I, AS DETAILED IN THE SPECIFICATIONS ON FILE, AND AUTHORIZING <br />THE MAYOR TO CONTRACT FOR SAME, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of North Olmsted is desirous of improving <br />the pavement and sewers in the Park Ridge Subdivision, and <br />WfB;REAS, the necessary specifications, as prepared by the Engineering <br />Department of the City of North Olmsted, are on file, and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to authorize the Mayor to enter <br />into an agreement to construct said improvement. <br />NOW, TFiFRRFORE, BE IT RESOLVID BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO. <br />SECTION l: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby <br />authorize to advertise for the bids for the improvement of the Park Ridge <br />Subdivision pavement and sewers according to specifications now on file in his <br />office and that, upon approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor is hereby <br />authorized to enter into a contract and execute same on behalf of the City of <br />North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety <br />and welfare and further, provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds <br />of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: ~~ ..~ ~ <br />ATTEST: <br />~~, <br />.~~ <br />~ A <br />Barbara L.
