CITY OF NORTH OIMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 91 - 100 <br />By: <br />Council Member Nashar <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE TO ADVERTISE <br />FOR AND ACCEPT BIDS FOR THE IMPROVEI~IT OF THE PAVEI~NT A1~ID SEWERS <br />ON TERRACE DRIVE, NANCY DRIVE, LOUANN DRIVE AND ANGELA DRIVE AS <br />DETAILID IN THE SPECIFICATIONS ON FILE, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO <br />CONTRACT FOR SAME, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />`~iFRFAS~ the Council of the City of North Olmsted is desirous of improving <br />the pavement and sewers on Terrace Drive, Nancy Drive, Louann Drive and Angela <br />Drive, and <br />WHEREAS, the necessary specifications, as prepared by the Engineering <br />Department of the City of North Olmsted, are on file, and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to authorize the Mayor to enter <br />into an agreement to construct said improvement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVID BY THE COUNCIL OF Tf~ CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO. <br />SECTION l: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby <br />authorized to advertise for the bids for the improvement of the pavement and <br />sewers on Terrace Drive, Nancy Drive, Louann Drive and Angela Drive according <br />to specifications now on file in his office and that, upon approval by the Board <br />of Control, the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a contract and execute <br />same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolutio <br />measure immediately necessary for th <br />and welfare and further, provided it <br />of all members elected to Council, it <br />upon its passage and approval by the <br />:, <br />PASSED: ~ <br />ATTEST: <br />-~ %' ,, <br />rbara L.
