Payment for extra strength wastewater or wastewater of unusual character <br />shall be proportion to cost and consistent with Chapter 915." <br />Be and the same is hereby amended shall read as follows: <br />"(f) Supplementary Limitations. No discharger shall discharge <br />wastewater containing concentrations of the following enumerated <br />materials, exceeding the following values: <br />Material <br />Arsenic <br />Cadmium <br />Chromium, Hexavalent <br />Chromium, Trivalent <br />Copper <br />Cyanide, Amenable <br />Cyanide, Total <br />Iron <br />Lead <br />Mercury <br />Nickel <br />Phenols <br />Selenium <br />Silver <br />Toxic Organics, Any One <br />Solvent <br />Toxic Organics Total <br />Zinc <br />Concentration (ppm) <br />0.5 <br />1.0 <br />1 <br />2 <br />4 <br />4 <br />2 <br />15 <br />0.5 <br />0.2 <br />3 <br />10 <br />0.5 <br />2 <br />0.4 <br />2.5 <br />2 <br />The Service Director may impose mass limitations on dischargers when <br />deemed appropriate by the City. The Director may also convert <br />Categorical Pretreatment Standards expressed in terms of mass to <br />equivalent concentration limits when deemed appropriate. <br />Mass limitations on dischargers are intended to prevent the use of <br />dilution to meet the pretreatment standards or requirements of the <br />Codified Ordinances, or in other cases where the imposition of mass <br />limitations is deemed appropriate by the City." <br />SECTION 2: Section 917.05 (a) (2) I of the Codified Ordinances of the <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio, which nor reads as follows: <br />"I Where additional pretreatment and/or operation and maintenance <br />activities will be required to comply with this chapter, the <br />discharger shall provide a declaration of the shortest schedule by <br />which the discharger will provide such additional pretreatment <br />and/or implementation of additional operational and maintenance <br />activities. <br />
