Under no circwnstances shall the <br />flashpoint of arty discharge be less than 140 degrees <br />Fahrenheit or 60 degrees Centigrade as measured using the <br />closed cup test method specified in 40 CFR 261.21. <br />(3) Any water or wastes containing free oils, emulsified oils <br />and grease exceeding an average of one hundred parts per <br />million or 833 pounds per million gallons, of ether- <br />soluble matter. Arty discharge of petroleum oil, <br />nonbiogradable cutting oil or products of mineral oil <br />origin in amounts that can cause interference or pass <br />through. <br />4) Any waters or wastes containing toxic or poisonous <br />solids, liquids or gases in sufficient quantity, either <br />singly or by interaction with other wastes, to injure or <br />interfere with arty sewage treatment process, constitute a <br />hazard to humans or animals, create a public nuisance or <br />create arty hazard in the receiving waters of the sewage <br />treatment plant, including cyanides. <br />(5) Any garbage that has not been properly shredded. The <br />installation and operation of any garbage grinder <br />equipped with a motor of three-fourths horsepower, 0.76 <br />hp metric, or greater shall be subject to the review and <br />approval of the Building Commissioner. <br />(6) Any ashes, cinders, sand, mud, straw, shavings, metal <br />glass, rags, feathers, tar plastics, wood paunch, manure, <br />hair and fleshings, entrails, Lime slur <br />chemical residues, paint residues, cannel-y w~teres~idkes, <br />solids or any other solid or viscous substance capable <br />of causing obstruction to the flow in sewers or other <br />interference with proper operation of the sewage works. <br />_ ~ ~, <br />
