The term includes <br />prevention of sewage sludge use or disposal by the treatment plant <br />in accordance with Section 405 of the Act (33 U.S.C. 1345) or any <br />criteria, guidelines or regulations develo <br />Waste Disposal Act, the Clean Air Act, thepToxicrSsu~tancetcont~ol;~ <br />Act or more stringent State criteria, including those contained in <br />any State sludge management plan prepared pursuant to Title IV or <br />the Solid Waste Disposal act, applicable to the method of disposal <br />or use anployed by the City. <br />(43) "Major contributing industry" means , <br />wastewater disposal system which hasaa disposal flowCofy25,000 <br />gallons per average workday; or has a flow greater than five <br />percent (5%) of the flow in the city's wastewater disposal system; <br />or has its wastes toxic pollutants as defined <br />307 of the Act; or has significant impact; either si~.ngleo°~ecntion <br />combination with other contributing industries, on the wastewater <br />disposal system, the quality of sludge, the system's effluent <br />quality of air emissions generated by the system. <br />- 4 - <br />
