Trimarchi (husband and wife) being the owner of the real property corimonly <br />yy <br />known as 5563 Pheasants Walk Dr., North Olmsted (Cuyahoga County), Ohio 44070 <br />O~ <br />permanent parcel number 233-25-~ (the "property"), in consideration of the <br />sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt <br />of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant and convey to the City of <br />North Olmsted, ("Grantee"), whose address is 5200 Dover Center Road, North <br />Olmsted, Ohio 44070 a perpetual easement for: <br />(a) any and all surface and subsurface water drainage purposes in, <br />on, upon, under, over or across the portion of the Property described <br />on F~chibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof and shown on <br />Exhibit B attached hereto and made part hereof (the "Easement Area"); <br />(b) the right to install, use, maintain, operate, service, repair, <br />replace, or remove any facilities that Grantee may deem necessary or <br />appropriate for surface and subsurface water drainage in, on, upon, under, <br />over or across the portion of the Property described on Exhibit A attached <br />hereto and made a part hereof and shown on E~thibit B attached hereto and <br />made a part hereof (the "Easement Area"); and <br />
