EASEMENT <br />KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS that SHIU YEUNG and <br />SHIRLEY TAM (husband and wife) being the owner of the real <br />property commonly known as 29182 S/ G/ <br />Quail Run, North Olmsted <br />(Cuyahoga County), Ohio 44070 permanent parcel number 233-25-067 <br />(the "Property"), in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars <br />($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of <br />which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant and convey to the <br />City of North Olmsted, ("Grantee"), whose address is 5200 Dover <br />Center Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070 a perpetual easement for: <br />(a) any and all surface and subsurface water drainage <br />purposes in, on, upon, under, over or across the portion <br />of the Property described on Exhibit A attached hereto <br />and made a part hereof and shown on Exhibit B attached <br />hereto and made a part hereof (the "Easement Area"); <br />(b) the right to install, use, maintain, operate, <br />service, repair, replace, or remove any facilities that <br />Grantee may deem necessary or appropriate for surface <br />and subsurface water drainage in, on, upon, under, over <br />or across the portion of the Property described on <br />Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof and <br />shown on Exhibit B attached hereto and made a part <br />hereof (the "Easement Area"); and <br />
