CITY OF NORTH OLMSTID <br />ORDINANCE NO. 91-76 <br />BY: JAMES LEONARD <br />AN ORDINADICE ArI~iDING TEIE TRAFFIC CONTROL FILE OF THE CITY <br />OF' NORTH OIMSTED BY PROVIDIl~G FOR THB IlJSTALLATION OF A <br />"STOP" SIGN ON BROOK CIRCLE ~E THE SAME Il~TffitSECT'S WITH <br />WILD OAK DRIVE RF[~IT.AT~ TRAFFIC II~Il~ W]:I~ OAK DRIVE. <br />WF~2F.AS, this Council has determined that it is in the best interest of <br />the safety, health, and welfare of the citizens of the City of North Olmsted to <br />install a stop sign on Brook Circle where the same intersects with Wild Oak <br />Drive, thereby controlling traffic entering Wild Oak Drive from Brook Circle; and <br />Chapter 305 of the Traffic Code provides for the maintenance of <br />the Traffic Control File, which said file can be amended only by ordinance. <br />NOW, THIItEFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMS7RD, <br />COUNZY OF CUYAHOGA AMID STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Police Department be and the same is hereby <br />authorized and directed to amend the Traffic Control File of the City of North <br />Olmsted to indicate thereon the installation of a "Stop" sign on Brook Circle <br />where the same intersects with Wild Oak Drive, as aforesaid; <br />SECTION 2: That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized and directed to <br />cause said "Stop" sign to be installed in accordance with the provisions of this <br />Ordinance. <br />SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall be in effect from and after the <br />earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ~~,~,RA, /+~i_ 1 ~ ~/ <br />ATTEST: <br />,-~ <br />t <br />=`BARBARA SEMAN <br />Clerk of Council -- <br />c/ G ~o -9/ <br />MAYOR EDWARD J E <br />JArS~S D .
