CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 91-33 BY: Ronald Tallon AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 139.02 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ENTITLED "COPIES OF PHOTOGRAPHS; CHARGES" OF CHAPTER 139 ENTI- TLED "DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY". WHEREAS, this Council has been advised by the Finance Committee of Council that the costs for reproduction of photographs and the enlargement of same has drastically in- creased since the inception of the original ordinance which was passed in 1957; and WHEREAS, this Council deems it wise and appropriate to increase the amount of charges for copies of photographs from $5.00 per print to $10.00 per print, and at the same time make a provision for the enlargement of pnnts to a size up to 8 x 10 inches for the sum of $25.00. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That Section 139.02 of the Codified Ordinances entitled "Copies of Photographs; Charges" of Chapter 139 entitled "Department of Public Safety", which now reads: "139.02 COPIES OF PHOTOGRAPHS; CHARGES. The Police Division is authorized to use its photographic equipment at proper times to make copies of official police photographic scenes, pictures or material, for the use of insurance companies, attorneys or other proper persons. They shall charge five dollars ($5.00) per print for such photo- graphs or material, the proceeds from the sale of which are to be credited to the General Fund of the City." be and the same is hereby amended and as amended shall read as follows: 139.02 COPIES OF PHOTOGRAPHS; CHARGES. The Police Division is authorized to use its photographic equipment at proper times to make copies of official police photographic scenes, pictures or material, for the use of insurance companies, attorneys or other proper persons. They shall charge ten dollars ($10.00) per print for such photo- graphs or material, the proceeds from the sale of which are to be credited to the General Fund of the City. In the event that there is requested an enlarge- ment of photographs as hereinbefore specified, the cost of enlarging said photo- graph to a size not to exceed 8 inches by 10 inches, shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per print.
