CITY OF NOR1H OIMSTID <br />RFSOLUTION N0. 93 - 157 <br />By: Mayor Ed Boyle <br />A RESOLUTION AUMRIZIlJG 1fIE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE T0 ADVFRTISE <br />FOR BID6 FCR Il?IP'ROVIIMls AT TOWN AALL BY RIINDDII,IlU OFFICES, DICLUDING <br />M:Nr. rRTCAL, pIDCHANICAL, AM OMR IlEP'80VDWTi'S AT TOG1N HAIL IN THE CITY <br />OF NORTE[ OIMSHD, AM DEaARTU M gORGREy. <br />WfEREAS, the Director of Public Service of the City of North Olmsted ha.s <br />determined that it is in the best interest of the City to make improvements at Town <br />Hall by remodeling offices, including electrical, mechanical and other improvements <br />at Town Hall in the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, TIiEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY 'II3E COUNCIL OF 7HE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUN'IY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That tkie Director of Public Service be and he is hereby <br />authoriz? to advertise for the bids for remodelirg offices, including electrical, <br />mechanical, and other improvements at Town Hall in North Olmsted, a11 of which shall <br />be in accordance with specifications now on file in his office, and that upon <br />approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a <br />contract and execute the same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is bereby declared to be an energency <br />measure immeciately necessary for the preservation of the public health safety <br />and welfare, and for the further <br />with this project at this time in <br />further provided it receives the <br />Council, it shall take effect and <br />approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSID : <br />1 <br />? <br />0 <br />?Boehmer, Presi ent o Counci <br />First Reading: I__?
