WfEREAS, the Director of Public Service of the City of North Olmsted ha.s determined that it is in the best interest of the City to make improvements at Town Hall by remodeling offices, including electrical, mechanical and other improvements at Town Hall in the City of North Olmsted. NOW, TIiEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY 'II3E COUNCIL OF 7HE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUN'IY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That tkie Director of Public Service be and he is hereby authoriz? to advertise for the bids for remodelirg offices, including electrical, mechanical, and other improvements at Town Hall in North Olmsted, a11 of which shall be in accordance with specifications now on file in his office, and that upon approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a contract and execute the same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. SECTION 2: That this Resolution is bereby declared to be an energency measure immeciately necessary for the preservation of the public health safety and welfare, and for the further with this project at this time in further provided it receives the Council, it shall take effect and approval by the Mayor.
