.. . ...,,. . . , ..:..?«sld...,+., . _....... . <br />CITY OF ln/1\111 012'0Tr•D <br />RFSOUJTIOff N0. 93 - 156 <br />By: Mayor Fd Boyle <br />A RESOLUTION AUIIiDRIZING T[iE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SIIZVICE T0 ADVERTISE <br />FOR BID6 FCR IlMP'ROVIIMENl'S AT CITY HALL BY COAIVBBTING AN EXISTING STORAGE <br />AREA IlNTO A CONFF.RENCE ROOM ANID DATA PROCFS.SING OFFICES IN THE CITY OF <br />IVOR'gi OIMS'M, ANID DFJCLAR7M AN IIIMGIIVC.'Y. <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service of the City of North Olmsted has <br />determined that it is in the best interest of the City to make improvements at City <br />Hall by converting an existing storage area into a conference room and data <br />processing offices in the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY 7HE COUNCIL OF 'IHE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby <br />authorize td?o advertise for the bids for converting an existing storage area into a <br />conference room and da.ta processing offices at City Hall in North Olmsted, all of <br />which shall be in accordance with specifications now on file in his office, and that <br />upon approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into <br />a contract and execute the same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety <br />and welfare, and for the further reason that it is immediately necessary to proceed <br />with this project at this time in order that the improvements be completed, and <br />further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of a11 members of <br />Council, it shall take effect and be in force iirmiediately upon its passage and <br />approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED. <br />T ST: <br />1; 4! y--- <br />' Bar ara L.
