? ? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93 - 141 <br />BY: MAYOR EDWARD BOYLE AND = ENTIRE COUNCIL <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A <br />CONTRACT WITH THE CUYAHOGA COUNTY GENERAL HEALTH <br />DISTRICT FOR THE YEAR 1994, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted, under O.R.C. 53709.08 is a member of the <br />General Health District of Cuyahoga County; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted must enter into a contract for the year 1994 for <br />health services to be performed by the Cuyahoga County Health District. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: The Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to enter into a contract, a copy <br />of which is attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A", with the Cuyahoga County General Health <br />District to provide health services to the City of North Olmsted from 7anuary 1, 1994 through <br />December 31, 1994. <br />SECTION 2: That a copy of this Resolution shall be forwarded to the Director of <br />Finance for authority to pay semi-annual payments under the provisions of this contract. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and for the <br />further reason that it is immediately necessary for the continuity of health services to the <br />residents of this City, and further, provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage. <br />PASSED: ? ?13 <br />r , ?rx-a-?-? <br />BARBARA L.
