Corporation is requesting an increase of their Contract Fee with the City <br />of North Olmsted dated April 26, 1990 for the Widening and Resurfacing of Great Northern <br />Boulevard as authorizetl by City Ordinance No. 90-58. <br />The maximum fee for the services provided under this Contract was Eighty Thousand <br />Dollars ($80,000.00) at our per diem rates, which included the cost of the aerial photography. <br />As the project progressed there were significant changes in the original scope of design <br />of the project. Those changes are fully detailed in a letter written to Mr. Paul Deichmann, City <br />Engineer dated August 12, 1993. It is our understanding that Mr. Deichmann agrees that all of <br />the changes were necessary and not included in the original Scope of Services. <br />The W.R.E.S. Corporation is requesfing a modification of their contract fee of Eighty <br />Thousand Dollars ($80,000.00) at per diem rates to a lump sum fee of Ninety Five Thousand <br />Dollars ($95,000.00), as detailed in the above letter to Mr. Deichmann.
