The vater main and appurtenancea, includlnq valvas and hydrants, shall upon completion, and apptovil by the Grantees, become and remain the property of the Grantee (C.ity, Villaqe, Townahip) of North 0]msted , and ahall bo a distribution water main of aaid Grantee within the purview and subject to the terms of any Water Service Agreement between aaid Grantee nad Grantee, City of Cleveland, now or heteafter in eifect.
