. . ... ?.? .,.?,.?..,.?..???ra <br />STORM SEWER EASEMENT <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />THAT GORDON W. CHARBONEAU AND PATRICIA L. WALIGORA <br />CHARBONEAU, the GRANTORS, for and in consideration of certain good and valuable <br />consideration and of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), the full receipt of all of which is hereby acknowledged, <br />do hereby grant unto THE CITY OF NORTIi OLMSTED, the Grantee, its successor and assigns <br />forever, a perpetual easement for Right-of-Way for Storm Sewer purposes on and under the <br />following-described lands owned by the Grantor and known as being part of Permanent Parcel No. <br />231-18-16, in the City of North Olmsted, Ohio together with the right and privilege to enter upon or <br />under said land for purposes of construction, repair, maintenance, inspection, and survey of said <br />sewers and appurtenances. <br />TO HAVE AND IiOLD said easement and right-of-way unto the said Grantee, its <br />successors and assigns forever. The said Grantor themselves, and their successors and assigns, hereby <br />covenant with the said Grantee, its successors and assigns, that they are the lawful owners of said <br />premises and has full power to grant, bargain, sell, convey and release the same in the manner <br />aforesaid and will warrant and defend the same against all claims. <br />Situated in the City of North Olmstetl, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known <br />as being part of original Dover Township Lot No. 28 and more fully described as follows: <br />Starting at an Iron Pin Monument at the centerline of Columbia Road (60 feet wide) and <br />Maple Ridge Road (60 feet wide) North 89°-32'-15" East, along the centerline of Maple <br />Ridge Road a distance of 1,786.06 feet to the Northwesterly corner of land conveyed to <br />Gordon W. Charboneau and Patricia L. Waligora Charboneau, by deed dated May 22, <br />1987 and recorded in Volume 87-73335, Page 7 of the Cuyahoga County Deed Records; <br />Thence South 00°-08'-35" West, a distance of 30.00; <br />Thence South 89°-32'-15" West, a distance of 55.67, to the principal place of beginning; <br />Thercz Sautr. 030°-08'-35" West, a distance of 254,54 feet; <br />Thence South 10°-12'-OS" West, a distance of 50.56 feet; <br />Thence North 89°-31'-OS" East, a distance of 18.83 feet, said point being the <br />Southeasterly corner of land conveyed to Gordon W.
