<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTIOIJ N0. 93-131 <br />BY: COUNCIIiviAN LIND <br />A RESOLUTION AUTIiORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF P'[TBLIC SERVICE <br />TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR 2,000 TONS OF STONE FOR VARIOUS <br />SERVICE DEPARTMM NEIDS, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO <br />CONTRACT FOR SAr1E, ANID DECLARING AN EMERGFNCY. <br />N0l1, THIItEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF 'II3E CITY OF NORTH <br />OUISTED, COiJNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby <br />authorized to advertise for bids for 2,000 tons of stone for various <br />Service Department needs, according to the specifications now on file in <br />his office, and that upon approval by the Board of Control, the rlayor is <br />hereby authorized to enter into a contract and execute same on behalf of <br />the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare and for the further reason that it is <br />immediately necessary to provide for the city's stone requirements, and <br />further provided it received the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED• .?? ?- ?? <br />AT <br />? ? <br />ZARBARA L.
