CITY OF NORTH OLMSTID <br />RESOLUTION N0. 93- 127 <br />BY: COUNCILMAN LIND <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING gIE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE <br />TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR P.AR.TIAL DEPTH CONCRETE JOINT REPAIR <br />ON VARIOUS STREETS IN THEE CITY OF NORT-i OLMSTED, AS PER <br />SPECIFICATIONS NOW ON FILE IN HIS OFFICE, AND AiJTHORIZING <br />THE MAYOR TO CONTRACT FOR SAME AND DECLARING AN IlMIItGENCY. <br />NOW, UMEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE C4UNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUN'1'Y OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby <br />authorized to advertise for bids for partial dept'ii concrete joint repair <br />on various streets in the City of North Olmsted, as per specifications <br />now on file in his office, and that upon approval by the Board of <br />Control, the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a contract and <br />execute sane on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />eriergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare and for the further reason that it is <br />immediately necessary to provide for the city's partial depth joint <br />repair requirements, and further provided it receives the affirmative <br />vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and <br />be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: ???3 <br />i ' <br />? <br />AT T: " <br />; ?
