.n <br />?ft <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 93- 125 <br />BY: C0UWILMAN" DSAN M7,AY <br />ANORDINANCEAMENDING THE TRAFFIC CONTROL FILE <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED BY PROVIDING FOR <br />THE REMOVf1L OF THE "NO PARKING" SIGN LOCATED <br />ON THE CUL-DE-SAC OF GRACE ROAD NORTH OF <br />MASTICK ROAD, IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to remove the "no parking" sign located on <br />the cul-de-sac of Grace Road north of Mastick Road. <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 305 of the Traffic Code provides for the maintenance of the Traffic <br />Control File, which said file can be amended only by ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Police Department be and the same is hereby authorized and <br />directed to amend the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted to indicate the removal <br />of the "no pazking" sign located on the cul-de-sac of Grace Road north of Mastick Road. <br />SECTION 2: That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized and directed to cause said <br />"no parking" sign to be removed in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare of the citizens <br />of The City of North Olmsted, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds <br />of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and <br />approval by the Mayor.
