CITY OF AAR1ii OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTICK NO. 93 - 105 <br />By: Mayor Ed Boyle <br />A RESOIUTION AUIIiORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SF1tVICE T0 ADVIIL'CISE <br />FOR BID6 FCR SI1E IlMPROVEMMM AT 1HE NDBTEi OIMSM CIINIER IN <br />1EIE CITY OF MRTH OIMS'TID, ANID DHCI,ARIIU AN II42GIIEY. <br />WfEREAS, the Recreation Department of the City of North Olmsted has determined <br />that it is in the best interest of the City to correct drainage problems, resurface <br />the parking lot, install lighting, and make other site improvements at the <br />Recreation Center, and <br />WHEREAS, this Council believes that it is in the best interest of the City to <br />proceed with the aforesaid project. <br />2iOW, THIItEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY 'IIHE OOUNCIL OF 7HE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNI'Y OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby <br />authorize^cCito advertise for the bids for site improvements at the North Olmsted <br />Recreation Center in North Olmsted, a11 of which shall be in accordance with <br />specifications now on file in his office, and that upon approval by the Board of <br />Control, the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a contract and execute <br />the same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an gnergency <br />measure imme?Iciately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety <br />and welfare, and for the further reason that it is immediately necessary to proceed <br />with this project at this time in order that the improvements be completed before <br />winder and, further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of a11 <br />members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its <br />passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />r--PASSED : <br />A EST: //{y <br />C/ Y <br />Bar ara L. eman, r o ounci <br />APPROVED : '6ZI of / g $ 3 <br />ames D.
