T0M FIAId, IN 7HB CITY OF NURM OU4STED, AND DEC:iARTM M <br />IIMEtGK1CY. <br />W11EREAS, the Mayor has recommended that the services of the architectural firm <br />of Gaede Serne Architects, Inc., be hired to accomplish the aforesaid project <br />due to their expertise in this field, and <br />WMM, upon zhe recommendation of the Mayor, this Council does hereby express <br />its desire to ha.ve the Mayor enter into a contract with said firm for and on <br />behalf of the City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY TFiE COUNCIL OF gIE CITY OF IVORTH OUI.STEI), <br />COUN'IY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Mayor be and he is bereby authorized and directed to <br />enter into and Contract with Gaede Serne Architects, Inc., for the purpose of <br />providing architectural services pertaining to plans to rehabilitate Town Hall <br />L-i the City of ltiori:h Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />i.r.uae iate y necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, <br />and for the further reason that it is immediately recessary to proceed with the <br />preliminary plans and further tha.t, provided it receives the affirmative vote of <br />two-thirds of a1.1 members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force <br />imediately pon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: ? <br />fr <br />?i? - • s <br />arbara L.
