BOYLE AM OOUNCnMAN Dg,AN MXff AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY THROUGH A DONATIDN BY BISKIND DEVELOPMENT CORP. TO BE USED FOR RECREATIONAL PURPOSES. WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted has an opportunity to acquire ownership to a parcel of land located on the northwest corner of the intersection of Columbia Rd. and Country Club Blvd.; and WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted is desirous of acquiring ownership by gift to said property; and WHEREAS, Biskind Development Corp., as a condition of the donation, requires that the property be used only for recreational purposes and that it contain no playground equipment. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO. SECTION 1: That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to acquire ownership to that parcel of land on the northwest corner of the intersection of Columbia Rd. and Country Club Blvd. through the donation of the land's current owner, Biskind Development Corp. The parcel of land to be acquired has the following legal description: Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and being part of Original Olmsted Township Lot No. 30, Tract No. 6, and being bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the Northwesterly corner of land conveyed to Great Northern Partnership, by deed recorded in Volume 13131, Page 639 of Cuyahoga County Deed Records; Thence, North 891 39' 58" East along the Northerly line of land so conveyed to Great Northern A Partnership, 244.33 feet to a point in the Westerly line of Columbia Road (60 feet wide); Thence, South 11 ° 35' 58" West along the Westerly line of Columbia Road 55.68 feet to a point of curvature; Thence, 40.88 feet along the arc of a circle deflecting to the right, being the Northerly line of Country Club Boulevard (75 feet wide), having a chord of 37.79 feet bearing South 501 38' 7" West and a radius of 30.00 feet to a point of tangency;
