2. NOSO shall solely be responsible for payment to any and all contractors, <br />subcontractors, tradesmen, material men and laborers who perform services or provide materials <br />for the construction of said storage area. Prior to entering into any agreement with any <br />contractor or subcontractor, NOSO shall obtain the CITY's approval of the same, which <br />approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. NOSO's contractors and subcontractors shall be <br />required to register with the CITY. All permits requireti for construction shall be applied for <br />in the name of NOSO or its contractor. <br />LICENSE TO BUILD ON CITY PROPERTY <br />3. The City hereby grants NOSO, and its contractors and subcontractors, license to enter <br />onto City property as necessary to construct the storage area, described in Paragraph 1 above. <br />This license shall be for the period of time required to construct the addition or for a period of <br />thirty (30) days following execution of this Agreement, whichever event first occurs. The City <br />will not unreasonably withhold its consent to extend the construction period beyond thirty (30) <br />days if unforeseen circumstances, beyond the control of NOSO, delay the construction. <br />TITLE TO STORAGE AREA <br />4. The parties agree that the addition to the said building shall become the property of <br />the City of North Olmsted and that NOSO shall have no right, title, or interest in the said <br />addition to the building other than as provided for in this Agreement. <br />LEASE OF STORAGE AREA <br />5. The City shall lease to NOSO, for a period of fifteen (15) years from the date of <br />completion of the storage azea provided for herein, the space within the proposed addition to the <br />2 <br />_..__..,_.,. ?..
