SIItVICFS FOIL PAVIlM ANID <br />DRAIlNAGE DMVDMM 1aR FRANIlC S1it86T, PAIM DR.IVE, BIRCEI I,ANE, MRFEN <br />DRIVE, HAWKINS ROAD, COE AVEN[1E, AND A POxTION OF QAK I,ANE, ANID DECiARIlNG <br />AN IIMEPtGENCY. <br />UBERF.AS, the Mayor has recommended that the services of the engineering firm of <br />Western Reserve Engineering & Surveying Company accomplish the aforesaid project due <br />to their expertise in this field; and <br />jM2FAR, upon the recommendation of the Mayor, this Council does hereby express <br />its desire to have the Mayor enter into a Contract with said firm for and on <br />behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THIIZEFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY TEiE COUNCIL OF 7.HE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED COUNl'Y <br />OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SFJCTION 1: That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized and directed to enter <br />into an Agreement with Western Reserve Engineering & Surveying Company for paving <br />and drainage improvements for Frank Street, Palm Drive, Birch Circle, Noreen Drive, <br />Hawkins Road, Coe Avenue, and a portion of 0ak Lane. A copy of said Agreement is <br />attached hereto and made a part bereof and marked Exhibit "A". <br />SE,'rION 2: That this Ordinance i.s bereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />imme iately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, <br />and for the further reason that it is immediately recessary to proceed with the <br />engineering services for paving and drainage improvements for Frank Street, Palm <br />Drive, Birch Lane, Noreen Drive, Hawkins Road, Coe Avenue, and a portion of Oak Lane <br />and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members <br />of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and <br />approval by the Ma.yor. <br />?? <br />Pass? : ?_ 3 <br />ATTE <br />L. , F D.
