No person shall remove signs <br />from areas designated as no smoking area.s. <br />(c) No person shall smoke in the following municipal buildings: <br />1. Senior Center <br />2. Community Cabin <br />3. Recreation Center <br />4. Town Hall <br />5. Police Sta.tion <br />6. Fire Station <br />7. City Hall <br />8. Wastewater Treatment Plant <br />9. Service Garage <br />10. NOMBL Offices and Garage <br />(d) In accordance with Subsections (a), (b) and (c) hereof or Ohio <br />R. C. 3791.031, no person shall smoke in any area designated as <br />a non- smoking area <br />(e) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a rninor <br />misdemeanor. <br />BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY AMENDED AND AMENDED SHALL READ AS <br />FOLLOWS : <br />SECTION 1: That there is hereby created a nemi and <br />revised Section 521.10 of Chapter 521 of the Codified Ordinances <br />entitled "Health, Safety and Sanitation," which new and revised <br />Section 521.10 entitled "Non-smoking areas in places of public <br />assembly and public buildings," shall read as follows: <br />"521.10 NON-SMOKING AREAS IN PLACE OF PUBLIC <br />ASSEMBLY AND PUBLIC BUILDINGS. <br />(a) As used in this section, "Place of public assembly" means: <br />(1) Enclosed theaters, except the lobby; opera houses; <br />auditoriums; classrooms; elevators; rooms in which persoris are <br />confined as a matter of health care, including but not limito3 to a <br />hospital room and a room in a rest home serving as the resiidence <br />of a person living in such rest home; <br />(2) All buildings and other enclosed structures owned by the
