BOYLE, MAYOR <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ACCEPT <br />ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED A GIFT <br />CONSISTING OF ONE CONCESSION TRAILER VALUED AT <br />APPR OXIMA TEL Y $2, 500. 00 FROM THE CLEVELAND COCA <br />COLA BOTlLING COMPANY TD BE USED BY THE NORTH <br />OLMSTED RECREATION DEPARTMENT, AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY AS AMMED. <br />WHEREAS, Cleveland Coca Cola Bottling Company has offered the City of North <br />Olmsted, for use by the Recreation Department, a concession trailer to be used for concessions <br />at special events by the Recreation Department; and <br />WHEREAS, The administration and council wish to accept said concession trailer; and <br />WHEREAS, This council does on behalf of the City authorize the Mayor to accept said <br />concession trailer from the Cleveland Coca Cola Bottling Company. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to accept on behalf of the <br />City of North Olmsted a concession trailer from the Cleveland Coca Cola Bottling Company. <br />He is further directed to cause said trailer to be titled in the name of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That the clerk of council is hereby directed to send to the Cleveland Coca <br />Cola Bottling Company a letter of thanks on behalf of the City of North Olmsted for the <br />aforesaid gift.
