Conduct foundation and grade checks for all construction <br />under the jurisdiction of the Division of Engineering. <br />2. Inspect final grades of all new construction to ascertain <br />compliance with approval plans. <br />3. Inspect all sites needing landscaping inspections with <br />respect to grade lines. " <br />4. Conduct necessary investigations relating to grading or <br />drainage. <br />5. Maintain records of survey monuments within the City. <br />6. Update and record benchmarks in the City. <br />7. Maintain survey records of all City owned properties. <br />8. Layout cemetery lots as required for burials. <br />9. Maintain accurate files of survey plats recorded. <br />10. Review survey information submitted to the City Engineer <br />for review. <br />11. Maintain all necessary survey equipment. <br />12. Supervise survey crews. <br />13. Construction layout of City projects. <br />14. Other duties as assigned. <br />- 63 -
