t <br />( Vo <br />0 <br /> <br />BY: Mr. Leonarc3 <br />DUL. 9:3-02309 PAGE 57 <br />) 'vry• ??i <br />c^ <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A TRAFFIC CONTROL EQUIPMENT EASMNT IACATID <br />ON PROPERTY OWNED BY NATIONAL CITY BANK AND DESIGNATID A,S PERMANEK'r <br />PARCEL N0. 232-28-58 BY CUYAHOGA COUN'i'Y MAPS AND RECORDS, SAID <br />EASIIMENT SHOWN ON EXBIIBIT "B" AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WI'aREAS, the City of North Olmsted and the Ohio Department of <br />Transportation has agreed to pay all costs and expenses for the <br />construction of the traffic control equipment within the easement area <br />as shown on the Echibit "A", being part of the City-Wide "Closed Loop" <br />Traffic Signal System Project. <br />1VOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY 'giEE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COiTNI'Y OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF Ohio: <br />SECTION 1: That the City hereby accepts an easement from National <br />City Ba.nk for traffic control equipment, as shown on Exhibit "A". <br />SECTION 2: That the Engineer of the City of North Olmsted is <br />hereby directed to cause said easement to be recorded in the office of <br />the Cuyahoga County Recorder. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby determined to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the i.mmediate preservation of the public <br />peace, property, health and safety of the City, and further provided it <br />receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, <br />it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and <br />approval by the Mayor. <br />..----? <br />PASSID . *P3 <br />ATT T: ?-; <br />- <br />Barbara L.
