<br />i <br />t <br />• ..... .. ..i..._.. , .. . . . .. .. . <br />. <br />1 <br />• CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0 . 93-19 <br />• -BY; MAYOR ED BOYLE <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING RATE S OF COMPENSATION FOR VARIOUS <br />ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGISLATIVE PERSONNEL AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY, AS AMENDED. <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of t his Council to establish pay <br />ranges as well as various fringe be nefits for administrative and <br />legislative personnel. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA A ND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the following salary ranges are hereby <br />established for administrative and legislative personnel of the <br />City of North Olmsted: <br /> FROM TO <br />A. Mayor 47,100.00 Annually <br />B. Director of Public Service 50,000 59,563.00 Annually <br />C. Director of Public Safety 50,000 53,000.00 Annually <br />D. Director of Personnel and 45,000 52,000.00 Annually <br />Administrative Services <br />E. Commissioner of Electronic 35,000 45,000.00 Annually <br />Data Processing <br />F. Electronic Data 15,000 25,000.00 Annually <br />Processing Specialist <br />G. Administrative Assistant 25,000 35,529.00 Annually <br />H. Clerk of Commissions 20,000 26,517.00 Annually <br />I. Civil Service Secretary $ 6.00 11.00 Per Hour <br />SECTION 2: That the following salary ran ges are hereby <br />established for employees of the Department of Law. The salaries <br />specified in this section shall be determined by the Director of Law. <br /> FROM TO <br />A. Director of Law 42,950.00 Annually <br />B. Assistant Director of Law 20,000 26,045.00 Annually <br />(Civil) <br />C. Assistant Director of Law 35,000 48,834.00 Annually <br />(Prosecutor) <br />D. Assistant Prosecutor 3,000 6,000.00 Annually <br />E. Law Clerlc $ 5.25 10.00 Per Hour <br />F. The Director of Finance is authorized and directed to p ay to the <br />Director of Law for secretarial services and other general office <br />expenses, the sum of $14,400.00.
