Foster and Associates, Iric. a State of Ohio approved Minority <br />'Business Enterprise is pleased to submit this proposal for the provision of <br />professional services on the above referenced project. <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Services to be performed under this proposal include resident project <br />representation in conjunction with the construction of the improvements at <br />the North Olmsted Wastewater Treatment Plant. <br />Specifically the services to be provided include on-site observation of the <br />construction work as required; verification of performance of test <br />procedures; starting up of equipment; maintainance of job files; preparation <br />of field inspection reports; maintainance of a set of contract drawings with <br />changes noted; viewing of applications for payment with Contractor(s); and <br />conduction of final inspections of the work provided by each bid package <br />with'representatives of the City and the design engineer. <br />DURATION OF SERVICES <br />Services provided will commence no sooner than October 1, 1993 and be <br />completed no later than December 31, 1994.
