CITY OF NORTH OlM= <br />RESOLUTION N0. 93 - 12 <br />By: COUNCILMAN LIND <br />A RFSxnirrrpN AITIIHDRIZING THE DIRBCl'OR OF P[JBLIC SffiVICE T0 AUVI3BTISE <br />FOR AND ACCEPT BID6 F(R UNIFORMS F08 WASTAWATER TRF.A'TMM PrMT AND SF,RVICE <br />DEPAMM PIILSONL%ffi,, AS DFrATT Fn IN THE SPF]CIFICATIONS ON FIIE, ANID <br />AtTMnRrZING THE MAYO[t 10 (aN1RA(.'r FOt SAME, AM DE(,ZARIIVG AN flM'RGSIVCY. <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of North Olmsted is desirous of providing <br />uniforms for Wastewater Treatment Plant and Service Department personnel, and <br />WHEEtEAS, the necessary specifications, as prepared by the Director of Public <br />Service of the City of North Olmsted, are on file, and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to authorize the 14a.yor to enter <br />into an agreement for said service. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />COUN'TY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO. <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby <br />authorized to advertise for the bids for uniforms for Wastewater Treatment Plant <br />personnel and Service Department personnel to specifications now an file in his <br />office and that, upon approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor is hereby <br />authorized to enter into a contract and e,xecute same on behalf of the City of <br />North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an energency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety <br />and welfare and further, provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds <br />of all meribers of Council, it sha.ll take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: 27'aAd, ?. l91 3 <br />ATTEST: <br />? ? -s? ? • c <br />Barbara-Fr.
