EXFIIBIT <br />CHAPTER 151 <br />Board of Zonin <br />g Appeals ~ ~_ ~ ~ <br />151.01 Organization and Secretary. <br />151.02 Fees. <br />151.03 Compensation. <br />151.01 ORGANIZATION AND SECRETARY. <br />(a) The Board of Zoning Appeals previously created by the Charter in Article VII, <br />Section 4, with five members appointed by the Mayor for five-year terms, shall elect a chairman <br />by majority vote. The chairman of the Board of Zoning Appeals shall also, in addition to <br />conducting meetings and other business of the Board of Zoning Appeals, be in charge of the <br />recording secretary. <br />(b) The recording secretary shall be employed by a concurrence of the majority of the <br />members of the Board of Zoning Appeals. <br />151.02 FEES. <br />The following fees shall be charged when requesting a hearing before the Board of <br />Zoning Appeals: <br />(a) Hearing at regularly scheduled meeting $15.00 <br />(b) Hearing at special meeting 25.00 <br />151.03 COMPENSATION. <br />Each member of the Board of Zoning Appeals shall receive compensation for use of his <br />or her personal vehicle to visit property sites in connection with the performance of his or her <br />duties as a Board member in the amount often dollars ($10.00) per month; provided, however, <br />that a Board member shall not receive this compensation in any month in which he or she has not <br />attended the regularly scheduled meeting of the Board. <br />
