EXFIIBIT <br />~ Q r~ <br />~ J <br />CHAPTER 143 ~ /r_ <br />Boards and Commissions Generally <br />143.01 Clerk of Commissions. <br />143.02 ^~~~~*°r* ~'~°r~- ~~' .Duties. <br />143.01 CLERK OF COMMISSIONS. <br />rte'---There is hereby created the full-time position of Clerk of Commissions, which <br />shall be appointed by and be answerable to the Director of Planning and Development. <br />143.02 DUTIES. <br />(4~}--The Clerk of Commissions shall be required to attend all meetings, prepare and <br />type minutes of such meetings, and perform other duties consistent with expediting the duties <br />performed by the various City boards and commissions, including the Planning and Design <br />Commission, Board of Building Code Appeals, Board of Zoning Appeals, Cultural <br />Activities Commission, and Landmarks Commission ex°°~+ ~ ~ *~° ~'~ '~ c <br />~~~.
