Recreation Fund, Springvale Golf Course and Ballroom Fund and Sewer Revenue Fund, and to <br />submit to the Council in the appropriation ordinance, the amount of funds necessary to be <br />transferred into the Special Revenue Fund from the General Fund, Recreation Fund, Springvale <br />Golf Course and Ballroom Fund and Sewer Revenue Fund, as necessary to meet the objective of <br />the fund in 2015 and beyond; and <br />SECTION 2: That the Director of Finance in years when the number of pay periods <br />exceeds the usual and customary number for a year be and she is hereby authorized and directed <br />to pay out of said Special Revenue Fund such amounts necessary to meet those liabilities as a <br />result of the number of pay periods exceeding the usual and customary number for a year, all as <br />otherwise appropriated by the Council in the appropriation ordinance; and <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare and for the <br />further reason that it is necessary that this legislation go into effect immediately due to the <br />deadline for approval of an appropriation ordinance; and further provided that it receives the <br />affirmative vote oftwo-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: ~ ~ I ~ <br />c, <br />First Reading: 3 ~ l 1 ~'t / <br />Second Reading: ,~~ / , ~~ ~ <br />Third Reading. t~ /~- / ~; / t <br />Committee: f:~ {~~ ,~ <br />ATTTEST: <br />MARIE GALLO <br />Clerk of Council <br />APPROVED: ~~ ~'~ ~ j <br />,, <br />.- <br />-..~.- r <br />YOR KEVIN M.
