CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE N0.2011 - 56 BY: Mayor Kennedy AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND RE-ESTABLISHING CHAPTER 945 OF THE STREETS, UTILITIES AND PUBLIC SERVICES CODE ENTITLED "COMMUNITY CABIN/SENIOR CENTER" IN ORDER TO REORGANIZE MANAGEMENT THEREOF AND TO ELIMINATE REFERENCE TO .DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY LIFE SERVICES; FURTHER TO AMEND RULES AND REGULATIONS, INCLUDING REVISION OF FEES AND CHARGES, FOR USE OF SAID PUBLIC FACILITIES, AS AMENDED. WHEREAS, for the purpose of efficiency and to ensure the smooth operation of public facilities, it is the recommendation of the Administration that the Council adopt amendments to Chapter 945 entitled "Community Cabin/Senior Center"; and WHEREAS, consistent with previously adopted reorganization of the Administration, it is recommended that the Council amend Chapter 945 to delete references to the Director of Community Life Services and Secretary thereto; and WHEREAS, the Administration has undertaken a review of and proposes that Council adopt amends to the Rules and Regulations, including the Fees and Charges, applicable to the Community Cabin and Senior Center; and WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council, consistent with the recommendations of the Administration, to amend and re-establish Chapter 945 entitled "Community Cabin/Senior Center". NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That Chapter 945 "Community Cabin/Senior Center" which presently reads in its entirety as set forth in Exhibit A, which is attached to this Ordinance and incorporated by reference as if fully rewritten herein, shall be amended and, as amended, shall read in its entirety as set forth in Exhibit B, which is likewise attached to this Ordinance and likewise incorporated by reference as if fully rewritten herein. SECTION 2: That any ordinance, or part of ordinance, in conflict or inconsistent with this Ordinance, is, to the extent of any such conflict or inconsistency, repealed. Conflicting or inconsistent provisions of any Ordinance shall be corrected at re-codification. SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest date provided for by law.
