Increase <br />Ord. 2011-62 (Decrease) Ord. 2011-72 <br />TRUST ~ AGENCY <br />MISCELLANEOUS/REFUNDS 180,349.00 180,349.00 <br />TOTAL ALL FUNDS 53,873,192.22 - 53,873,192.22 <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an attested copy of the ordinance <br />to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County <br />SECTION 3: That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw her warrants on the City <br />Treasury for payment from any of the foregoing appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and <br />vouchers therefore, approve by the Board of Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an <br />ordinance or resolution of Council to make the expenditures; provided that no warrants shall be drawn or <br />paid for salaries or wages except to persons employed by authority of and in accordance with law or <br />ordinance.
