SECTION 2. ADDITIONAL SERVICES. 2.1 No additional services are expected to be required by CONTRACTOR. However, should the providing of any additional services become necessary, any such additional required services will be separate from the Section 1 -Basic Services, and will be considered an Optional Service that may be undertaken only upon written authorization by the CITY. SECTION 3. CITY'S RESPONSIBILITIES. 3.1 The CITY shall do the following in a timely manner: 3.1.1 Designate a CITY representative having the authority to give to CONTRACTOR instructions, receive information and define the CITY'S policies and make decisions. 3.1.2 Provide all criteria and information needed by CONTRACTOR regarding the CITY'S requirements, including budgetary limitations. 3.1.3 Provide to CONTRACTOR all available data and information in the possession of the CITY, as needed by CONTRACTOR, relevant to his services. 3.1.4 Perform all such other tasks identified as obligations of the CITY in this Agreement, or the Exhibits attached hereto. 3.1.5 Give prompt written notice to CONTRACTOR whenever the CITY observes or otherwise becomes aware of any event that affects CONTRACTOR's performance of its duties and obligations under Section 1. SECTION 4. TERM OF AGREEMENT 4.1 The term of this Agreement is from the 24th day of January, 2012 through the 23rd day of January, 2014, subject to the provisions of Section 9 regarding early termination.
