EXHIBIT B <br />METHOD OF PAYMENT <br />2.1 For basic services under Section 1. Basic Services of the CONTRACTOR as <br />described in Exhibit A, Contractor shall pay City of North Olmsted commissions as <br />follows: <br />1. Of the gross sales of snack and ice cream machines - 30 percent; <br />2. Of the gross sales of hot beverage machines - 35 percent; <br />3.
