Ord. 2011-124 <br />TRUST & AGENCY <br />MISCELLANEOUS/REFUNDS 100,116.33 <br />TOTAL ALL FUNDS 24,918,220.71 <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an attested copy of the ordinance to the <br />Auditor of Cuyahoga County <br />SI=CTION 3: That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw her warrants on the Ciry Treasury for <br />payment from any of the foregoing appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefore, <br />approve by the Board of Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an ordinance or resolution of Council to <br />make the expenditures; provided that no warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to <br />persons employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinance.
