Ord. 2011-124 <br />TRUST & AGENCY <br />MISCELLANEOUS/REFUNDS 100,116.33 <br />TOTAL ALL FUNDS 24,918,220.71 <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an attested copy of the ordinance to the <br />Auditor of Cuyahoga County <br />SI=CTION 3: That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw her warrants on the Ciry Treasury for <br />payment from any of the foregoing appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefore, <br />approve by the Board of Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an ordinance or resolution of Council to <br />make the expenditures; provided that no warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to <br />persons employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinance. Provided further, that the <br />appropriations for contingencies can only be expended upon approval of two-thirds vote of Council and for <br />purposes other than thane covered by the specific appropriations herein made. <br />SECTION 4: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to bean emergency measure Immediately necessary <br />for the preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare of this City in order to appropriate the <br />funding of urgent city projects; and further provided that it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of the. <br />members of this Council, It shall take effect upon its approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: ~l ~~ ~ j <br />ATTE <br />Mar a Ga lo, Clerk of Council <br />Approved: ~~` ~ ~ ~ c~ <br />_ ~~ - <br />Ke n M.
